DELIVERY 

Elexele uses several delivery methods including, but not limited to, Standard Delivery and Courier Delivery.

All Elexele customers are entitled to use free delivery service when placing the order with us. This privilege works on all orders regardless of geographical location. The shipping system is highly flexible though. Courier Delivery is also available at additional cost per individual request.

Taxes incurred through the customs department of the country to which the order is shipping are already included into the goods prices wherever possible (though custom tax needs to paid in certain countries).  There might, however, be certain circumstances when additional charges may apply for certain products at customer consent.

Since quality shopping experience is our top priority, we strive to deliver the product within 3 business weeks to any global destination. Yet, there are few cases when the order experiences a delay due to some postal issues beyond our control, national holidays, and other important occasions, being one of those. Also, because of various locations of customers, and due to some regional differences in the banking system, approving your order and payment make take up to 5 working days.

Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact us at support@elexele.com if necessary to check in with the order placement. Be certain that you may always track your order on your own through the Elexele Customized Tracking System here.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Upon receipt of items, the PayPal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges in case of Courier Delivery (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within the 2 business days of refund approval. Meanwhile, be aware that your credit card company may take up to 30 working days to credit your account.
